I look into your piercing green eyes
you entranced me with your lies
and this i have never believed
all you ever did was deceive

like a siren i came to your call
i knew your love was never real
you just made harder for me to carry the haul
but i stood their with a smile
your heart was as cold as steel
in the end its my heart you would exile

i was numb to the reality for to many years
you took everything from me
stunned by your side by my longings and fears
but you really did not care
