Why smile and laugh and be happy,
When there’s so much pain inside?
Why not cry and be sad,
And show all the emotion I choose to hide?
What’s keeping me here, in this place?
You force me to call my home,
What’s stopping me from ending it?
And just letting it all go?

Or the reason I want to leave?
Is it your love that I treasure?
Os is that what I need?
You could be my savior,
Just tell me that you care,

And that you’ll always be there,
Those three little words can change a life,
For better or for worse,
But are they really magical,
Or are they just a curse?
Love is but a mind game,
It messes with your head,
And once your heart’s been broken,
You feel already dead,
People have their own ways,
Of dealing with their life,
Some of them get therapy,
Others use a knife,
Or maybe they just bottle it up,
And never let it out,
I don’t really know,
That that’s not what this is about,
Maybe there’s a better way,
