She tried to erase the memories in her mind,
She tried to hide what she felt inside.
She looked at her eyes, from the mirror,
All she saw was sadness, grief, and terror.
Pictures, raced through her mind, of her, cutting herself just to feel,
She tried so hard to make her world seem so real.
As she moved her hand to grab the knife,
She felt her heart race, as this was the last moment of her life.
She stabbed herself right in her heart,
It was not the end, yet, the start.
She was choking to death as she inhaled,
Memories of her childhood flew in her head as she exhaled.
She looked at her hands full of blood,
And she fell on the ground with a great thud!
