Somehow this girl
Has people believing
That she’s happy
Somehow this girl
Believes that nobody likes her
And nobody really cares
Somehow this girl
Hides behind a wall of lies
Shielding herself from the world
Somehow this girl
Cuts her very own wrists
Her blood gives her relief
Somehow this girl
Has tried to take her life before
But decided to try for a little while longer
Somehow this girl
Decides this is finally the end
And takes bottles after bottles of pills
Somehow this girl
Died that very night
She said goodbye to the world
The world that never cared
