Someone touches me
This is my space
They touch me again
Just get out of my face
Poke me or prod me
I’m trying to stay calm
Really winding me up now
Really causing mental harm
My brain is overworking
Trying to calm down
My happy loving smile
Turns into a frown
I breathe in deeply
As I clench my teeth
I want to be on my own
I want to be left in peace
I have my own bubble
Don’t want anyone else inside
My bubble is mine only
And inside my bubble
Is my mind..
