I am your mistake
You have never let me forget it
Like that one day on the lake
You yelled a bit.

You never wanted to get close
Like father and daughter should
Even when I wanted to be by you most
You just pushed me away.

You never said I love you
You never showed affection
All I wanted was to hear you say I love you too
Now for that number 1 dad election

I wont vote for you
Because you were not there for me
Plus you will already have two
Two that were meant to be

It is ok though
Because I have learned to live without you
Even though you may think I hate you so
But i do not, I just do not understand

You wanted me 50/50
Then you did not want me at all
Do you even know what that does to a kid?
No, you do not, thats why I am not sad anymore.

Some people say life is no good
Without a father figure
But I dont agree
I am strong and can live without you.

So do not come crawling back
Because you already said I was your BIG mistake
And you have never let me forget it
You recked my life.

But someday I will be completely filled
With love and caring people
No one to put me down every other day
So now I say my final goodbye
