Just A Useless Soul by BrokenSmile

I start to feel afraid
as i hear father walk in
because i know
that the pain will soon begin.

everyday i pray
that i will not survive
for i have no reason
to try and stay alive.

I'm just a useless soul,
a living disgrace,
and an embarrassment to
all of the human race.

my father told me he hates me
and that i was a mistake
so that is why i pray
that tomorrow i will not wake.

i think my mother forgot about me
and that i even ever exist
i bet if i died right now
i will not be missed.

i was just a waste of time
no one would ever care
no one ever noticed me
no one knew i was ever there.

so as he walks in to my room
i beg that he does takes my life
"please kill me anyway you wish"
"or I'll do it myself with my knife".

he beats me to a bloody pulp
but i still awake the next day
"please take my life"!
"this is what i pray"!

i was nothing to everyone
i was a waste of breath
so please carry me away
and bring me to my death.

no one ever noticed me
i was just a shadow
so please just let me fade away
i was just a useless soul!
