**I've never posted this one anywhere...doesn't hold a whole lot I guess...but yeah.....

[When I look in the mirror...]

I see me
Every detail
You may or may not be able to see
I see
Every mark
Every blemish
I see
Every line
Every limitation
I see
Every flaw
Every fault
I see
Every puff
Every piercing
I see
Every color
Every crease
I see
All I am
All I am not
All I wish
All I sought

Never do I see my beauty
Never truly
I don’t believe
There really is any
Not in his eyes
Not in their eyes
After thoughts and opposing views
Never cease to follow
My mind is cruel

I see me
In my imperfection
Every asymmetrical part of me
No duh I’m not perfect
But “not bad� or even “pretty�
I’d settle for alright
Appealing would be nice
