There was nothing in this world that could have doubt
what my heart feels deep inside for you
i thought you were my love,my life,my only dream come through.

At nights i would pray for a day to come
when i'll hold you close by my side
and give you all the assurances you need
that my love for you will never die.

Your smiles,your laughter,just your very presence
oh how they use to brighten my day
i had seen myself as a knight in shining armor
who will one day take you far away.

We had a bond that was so strong
a hold that was so tight
you use to say to me often that by my side you will be day and night.

You tell me of the many struggles you're facing
and that without me you cannot get by
i would always find a way to make you laugh
on those dark dreary days when you preferred to cry.

But now that you've broken that bond that hold
life for me will never be the same
i find myself walking the lonely streets at night
calling out loud your name.

If you can only see me now
i'm sure you'll break down and cry
for all these lonely days and nights without you
i wish i can forever close my eyes.
