Let's keep it simple as I tell you the facts,
Don't abuse my heart.
Please don't interrupt me,
If I ever get to start.

Here's my little story,
You'll see my feelings in my face.
I'm going to explain what you did wrong.
That made me get to this place.

First of all you disciplined me,
When I never understood.
You made me do silly things.
Like at night wear a jacket and hood.

You made my friends laugh at me,
With your silly childish ways.
You ruined my Christmas party,
Making everyone play "Simon Says."

You hurt my feelings as I got older,
Treating me like a kid but expecting me to act like an adult.
You told me to be Godly.
And made me give up the occult.

You said I was too young for this and that.
But I had to act mature.
You made me give up words like "huh" and "freakin."
And use agreeable words like "sure."

I love you so very much.
And I know you love me too.
But nowadays you don't act like that.
And I don't know what to do.

Now I've retreated to knife, sweet knife.
Each cut symbolizing a mood.
The marks and scars you've never seemed to noticed.
Though my arms now look deformed and crude.

My feelings rumble in my heart.
And I wish you knew them straight.
But each time I come to talk to you.
I'm filled with love and hate.

Oh help me someone, guide my heart.
I need you mom and dad.
These solemn and these lonely nights.
Have started to drive me mad.

One day I will tell you,
I vow to heaven or hell I will.
But until the day I find the strength.
Myself I will slowly kill.
