At times life is unfair and unkind
bringing back memories that tears you apart
every little moment kills your fragile mind
and darkness consumes your hapless heart
Beads of sorrow drops endlessly
pain takes you into its embrace
your days will only know melancholy
making life unbearable to face
You will wonder how to stay strong
and succumb to thoughts to end your life
pain and suffering will not last long
there is light at the end of your strife
As you walk the road of trial and tribulation
keep your candle of hope alive
its easier to give in to your dark emotions
but if you hold onto faith you will survive
