Always there to help
To make me feel calm
Even when I fell hectic
Or like an atomic bomb
The sound…like medicine
To cure all of my problems
, heal me from the pain
And save me from the kin
Blocks all external noise
I am in my own world
Free to be me,
And not just another teen
Finally some serenity
Finally some time to think
Think about my questions
Think about life.
Why am I here?
What is the meaning of life?
Do we all have a purpose?
Or are we merely atoms waiting to die?
Questions lead to answers
Answers lead to more thoughts
Which lead back to questions.
And here we go again
But round and round we go
Question after question
Answer after answer.
Never having regression.
Music allows this
Blocks the outside world
Like no one else exists.
I am finally alone.
Alone with my thoughts
Alone with myself
All of my questions.
Some of my answers
These thoughts won’t go away
So don't shun them out
I strive to have mental relief
To die knowing I was alive
Somehow most of my thoughts…
Become words, and there I go
Writing away my mental inflictions.
All because of music….
