Wake up
Watch the sun stretch
Its long arms over the rolling hills
Never-ending shield of green
Reflecting the sky,
A canopy with small holes in it
Everywhere I look
I lose a little sight to sea
The birds are busy
Having what sounds like
An intellectual conversation
Weeping willows,
Winding vines,
Entangled in the trees are flowers
Budding and Blooming; new life
The ocean resembles crystals
Thrown across a deep blue blanket
Every time I look
I lose a little sight to sea
And pretty soon the whale,
He will reign
Like a King on a storm-cloud.
