Waters Of Despair (by My Best Friend Amie And Me by Rachel
It all started back in the day,
When laughter made our problems go away.
To the park and back, and the park again,
We swore we’d always stay best friends.
The Waters of Despair, our feet getting wet,
Found a cockroach in a bag and kept it as a pet.
Together we sailed that mote-float-boat,
We argued, and agreed, over a goat.
Wasting our time in someone else’s yard,
Our stupidity combined could beat the biggest retard.
We modeled, and danced, and attempted to sing,
We could make something funny out of everything life could bring.
Hysterical laughter, and endless cries,
We remained with each other â€" side by side.
Psycho elves, helping Santa out,
We’re insane â€" without a doubt.
We love interrogating cats,
And swapping our lobster hats.
Jumbo tooth brushes and stalkin’ the guys,
And killing the birds with Sonic French fries.
Misspelled freaks to oxymoron’s,
Sexy pictures to turn the boys on.
The true reason we wrote this stupid song,
Is so we could read it at Expresso.com.
It still remains to this day,
Laughter helps problems go away.
To the park and back, and the park again,
Amie and Rachel, always best friends.
