The Fruit Poem by Sammi Morris

Yummy, eat an apple,
They are crunchy and so sweet,
Munch upon an orange,
So delicious and fun to eat.
Eat a juicy apricot,
It won’t take that long,
Chomp on a banana,
It will make you strong.
Crunch up on some celery,
Peanut butter makes it scrummy,
Eat some cherry tomatoes,
They are really yummy.
Kiwi fruit is in season,
They taste sour, but so great,
Eat some delicious grapes,
Put heaps on your plate.

Eat up your mangoes,
Cool in the refrigerator,
Hey look there is some chocolate,
I’ll finish this poem later…
