I couldn't keep myself from staring
looking into your eyes
seeing my future
come as a surprise

holding your hand
with walks along the beach
at sunset
with so many things to teach

gazing into your soul
meeting the REAL you
not the one looking for my body
but the one that'll help me through

then snapping out of my daydream
you come to me and say
"do you know there's gum in your hair.
or you just want it 2 look that way"
