Today is my birthday
But there is no birthday cake
I'm turning a year older
But there must be a mistake
There are no presents on the table
No balloons on the mailbox
Everything is gone
From the food to the clocks
Noone will answer
When I give them a call
Not even the dog is home
I have a bad feeling
That i have been left alone
The car is missing
And the couches are gone
So i know its not a surprise
Because it has been to long
I sit there
I start to cry
I just sit there
and watch my life pass by
They have left me here
I know that for a fact
My heart burns so badly
Like i have just been smacked
