Waves by Kelly

I sit here listening to the waves as they crash to shore, wondering of you. I watch as the sun sinks low and wonder are you watching the sunset. I long for you to be beside me, embracing me. I want to be able to look into your eyes and see the soul I've come to know. I've heard your voice, but I long to see the expressions as you speak. I sit here trying to find you and hearing only the waves as they crash to shore.
