We’ve known each other for 6 months now
It seems like 20 years
Even through simple e-mails
We’ve shared wants, wills and fears
You’ve lent me your hand
As I have lent you mine
In times I needed you
You gave me all your time
When we first met
There was something special about you
We’ve grown so very close
I can see our friendship grew
I’m so very comfortable
Having you as a friend
I know I can be myself with you
I can say that again and again
You are like my best friend
Sometimes you’re like my mother
Everyday you’re like my big sis
Hell you’re even my big brother
I think I’m like a miniature you
With all the favorites that we share
Although we only communicate through e-mail
I feel like I’m right there
The way we see eye-to-eye
Feels like we’re one mind
I love how many characteristics you have
How your sweet, lovable, and kind
I’ll always be right here for you
I’ll take that promise to my grave
The 3 words “I love you�
Are words I’ll always save
You mean so much to me
Let this be a poem a truth
I just want to say through the miles
I’m always with you
And everything we share
I will cherish forever
