To write this poem for you
You wrote me one so beautiful
Encouraging, helping me through
You are always here for me
Through the good times and the bad
I don't think you realize how special you are
Unlike any friend I've had
You don't care where I come from
Or what I've done in the past
You only care about whats right for me
I hope this friendship does last
I'm comfortable with you
I can be my total self
You make me feel like its ok
To come down from upon my shelf
I don't tell many people
Exactly what I think
But something just feels so right with you
Your a chain with not one kink
I would do anything for you
And I hope you'd do the same
Every time I talk to you
It keeps me from going insane
All I really need from you now
Is to know how you truly feel
Coz I get so scared just knowing
That my love for you might be real
