We are alone, scared in this place,

Walking alone, at a same slow pace,

No one’s talking, too afraid to breathe,

But what we want is that we need



To us, life is nothing, we are the same,

Walking down the same road, overcome by pain,

We are afraid to let go, and to forget,

Our friendships are too strong to neglect



We are united, and we share the pain,

Living in this cruel world, all in vain,

We love with a different love, that is true,

We are there for each other when times are blue



We don’t wanna let go, that would be bad,

Everything would disappear, it would be sad,

We would miss the bright, sunny days,

And the rain wouldn’t wash us away



We have stuck together, why break it now,

All of us, so sad, all wearing a frown,

We care too much to let it all go,

Staring in disbelief, we let the tears flow



Everyone’s leaving, our happy group of friends,

Life is coming short, coming to an end,

We watch as we all let go,

We feel the pain as through each of us it flows…
