It's been a year since we last spoke
Oh my, how time has flown
But my love for you diminishes not
In fact, my love has grown.
It's grown in ways I cannot describe
Because you're in my heart
I cherish my family more and more
And you, though we're apart.
Your love for us still carries on
You're our true legacy
A love that's lasting through all time
Through my sisters, Mom, and me.
We know you're watching all the time
Your gentle ways live on
In all of us our lessons well learned
You're still with us, though you're gone.
You're Dad, and Mike, and Miracle Man
And Mikey, of course, to me
But of this I'm sure, no matter where you are,
We're still one loving family.
You're living on in all of us
